Going to the dentist had always been one of my biggest fears because I suffer from severe dental anxiety. When my tooth fractured and I was told I needed a crown, I was terrified, especially because there was very little tooth structure left. From the very first moment, Dr. Sand and her entire team made me feel calm, understood, and cared for. With incredible patience, genuine kindness, and outstanding compassion, they helped ease my anxiety every step of the way. Thanks to Dr. Sand’s expertise and dedication, my tooth was saved with a beautiful zirconia crown. The final result is amazing, but what I appreciate the most is how she made me feel throughout the entire process. At no point did I feel judged or rushed. Instead, I felt safe, listened to, and completely confident that I was in the best hands. Today, I can honestly say that this was a completely different dental experience than I ever imagined. If you struggle with fear or anxiety about going to the dentist, I cannot recommend a better place. Dr. Sand and her team not only provide exceptional dental care, but they also have a true gift for making their patients feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Sand and her amazing team. Today marks six months since I received my dental implant, and I am so happy to say that it has been a complete success. Thanks to their outstanding work, I have regained the confidence to eat and smile again. From my very first appointment to the end of my treatment, they made me feel like part of their family. The care, kindness, and support I received throughout the entire process were truly exceptional. Dr. Sand is not only an incredibly skilled and professional dentist, but also a compassionate and caring person who genuinely puts her patients first. I am not one that typically writes a review but I truly appreciate when a great job is done and like to give credit for it. I recently brought my elderly mom to Dr. Sand and I genuinely speak for those elderly people that are not tech savvy, like her that are not able to write a good review. My mom received the best attention ever given, she was treated with patience, care, professionalism, respect and outstanding service. From the minute we walked in the office staff was very welcoming, courteous and very responsive. My mom was beyond nervous but Dr. Sand and her staff made her feel at peace and performed her dental procedure. I am extremely thankful and recommend Smart Dentistry to everyone!

I had a horrible experience here. First off, the English spoken here is very broken. I'm SORRY but if your going to own a medical practice please hire people who speak the language CLEARLY. Ok, so I booked an appointment and called them to let her know I was on my way. Whoever was at front desk seemed so confused. He let him know multiple times whaty name was and every time I repeated my name he said it back to me WRONG. Well, I got there and they didn't even seem to be expectinge even though I had made an appointment plenty of time before hand and filled out all their paperwork. They KNEW I was coming. I get there and they won't even take my card because my husbands name was on the card. So I had to bother him AT WORK to have them send him some silly codes and pay that way. I had the card in my hand!! But no, I had to bug my husband who works on the side of the road near heavy traffic to pay over the stinking phone! Because for "security" reasons they refused to let me pay with the card that shared my MARRIED NAME!! so then I wait...and wait....and wait....and wait.....and wait some more. About an hour has passed since I was supposed to have been called back. Finally they pull me

This was by far the best dental experience I have ever had in my life. The entire staff is so knowledgeable, and Dr. Sand is amazing. I felt heard and educated in a way no other dentist has ever made me feel. Not only that, but I felt he was very honest about my previous dental work and informed me about other holistic ways to take care of my teeth. I will forever be a patient, and I will be forever grateful. The best Holistic Dentist I have come across !!
